La Tradición y El Fuego
A Taste of Spain, Reimagined
Zaragoza is born from an uncompromising devotion to authentic Spanish culinary artistry. Our hearth fires roar with cured white oak, yielding the theatrical crackle essential to achieving the coveted golden socarrat — the crispy toasted rice crust at the pan’s foundation.
Every grain of DO Valencia Bomba rice, each vintage cold-pressed Arbequina olive oil, and the hand-harvested pimentón de la Vera in our kitchen is directly imported from generational family producers across the Iberian Peninsula.
